1. Applicability and Scope
The following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all business relationships between Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo (hereinafter referred to as "us," "we," or "our") and customers (hereinafter referred to as "customer," "buyer," or "you") for downloads (hereinafter referred to as "songs" or "album") purchased through our website [www.princemoussacissokho.com] (hereinafter referred to as "online shop" or "website").
Any individual agreements made with the customer take precedence over these GTC. Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer will not be recognized.
Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. All changes become effective upon the publication of the new GTC on the website. The relevant date for the applicability of the valid GTC is the date on which the binding order is placed with us.
Please read these GTC carefully before placing a binding order. By placing a binding order for our products, you agree to the following terms as well as our privacy policy and declare that you are authorized to enter into legally binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.

2. Conclusion of a Purchase Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but merely a non-binding online catalog or a non-binding invitation to the customer to order the product in the online shop. Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo expressly reserves the right to change the products themselves, as well as the content, such as images, assortment, prices, and descriptions of our products, at any time and without prior notice. Illustrations, images, advertisements, and other information related to our products are for informational purposes only and are binding on Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo.
The customer can place a binding order for the selected songs or entire album through our online shop. A download link will be sent to the customer immediately and automatically by email.
Any commercial distribution or resale of our songs or album is strictly prohibited.

3. Prices
Our song products and prices correspond to those listed on the website. All prices are stated in EURO and include the statutory value-added tax (VAT). The total price of your download will be displayed at the end of the ordering process.
By placing a binding order for a download link, you declare that you agree with the total price for the ordered products.
Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo reserves the right to change prices at any time. The products will be charged based on the prices offered at the time the binding order is placed.

4. Payment Terms/Credit Check
The order of a download link is generally due for payment immediately.
The customer has the option to pay using the payment methods displayed on the website or during the ordering process. These may change from time to time. Additionally, we reserve the right to not offer certain payment methods in specific cases and to refer to other payment methods used by us (for example, to secure our credit risk, only such payment methods that correspond to the respective creditworthiness).
By choosing a payment method, the customer authorizes payment by entering credit card details or the login information of a payment service provider. The customer authorizes Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo to receive or collect payments accordingly. In the event of chargebacks, Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo is entitled to reimbursement of the associated costs and bank processing fees. Furthermore, Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo is not liable for any fees or other amounts that may be charged to you by the card issuer or your bank as a result of processing your payment according to your order.
If you pay by credit card or an alternative payment method, we reserve the right to verify the validity of the card, check the availability parameters for the collection, and control the address data and request authorization from the card issuer or payment provider. Furthermore, you confirm that the credit card is valid and that the entered payment details are correct. In case of payment refusal, Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, we will contact you immediately.

The information and content published on the website, as well as the songs and album available for purchase, are protected by copyright and are the property of Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo. Reproduction, editing, distribution, or any other form of exploitation requires the prior written consent of the respective rights holder. Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo and the respective rights holder expressly reserve all related rights.

7. Severability Clause
Should any provision of these GTC be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Unless otherwise agreed, the invalid provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the provision and the intent of the parties at the time of contract conclusion. The same applies to any gaps in these GTC.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC, the contractual relationships based on them, and any disputes are governed exclusively by substantive Liechtenstein law, excluding conflict of law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for both natural and legal persons is the registered office of Prince Moussa Cissokho & Lolo.
